Klay Ads terms of use

Last updated: October 16, 2026

About these terms

These terms apply to Klay Ads, including the Klay Ads Manager Meta app and our private Google Ads integration, operated by Klay The Label, LLC. The tools are for Klay's owner and approved operators carrying out authorized business work. They are not an open-signup consumer service or a product of Google or Meta. Publishing informational pages or a developer app does not grant anyone permission to use the tools.

Use of these tools is subject to these terms and the Klay Ads privacy policy. These terms concern the advertising tools, not purchases from our storefront.

Authorized accounts and access

Only connect accounts and business assets you are entitled to authorize. Access must be limited to approved Klay advertising accounts and relevant business assets, including authorized Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts. A platform permission that technically covers additional accounts does not authorize their use through Klay Ads.

Protect credentials and tokens, do not share them with unauthorized people, and report suspected unauthorized access to hello@klaythelabel.com. Do not bypass access controls, provider restrictions or approval requirements.

Reporting and advertising changes

The tools support advertising reports, analysis, creative preparation and operator-approved campaign management. Available functions depend on the platform, permissions and implementation. Reporting access and paused Meta campaign and ad-set creation have been exercised; this does not establish that every management function is available or tested.

Explicit approval from an authorized Klay decision-maker is required before creating or changing advertising objects. Approval must identify the intended account and action, together with the relevant creative, targeting, destination, budget, currency and schedule. Approval to prepare or stage a campaign is separate from approval to activate delivery or spend.

Staged campaigns must remain paused unless activation is specifically approved. Connecting an account does not authorize autonomous changes to campaigns, budgets, billing, payment methods or account permissions. These are operating requirements, not a promise that every interface has a technical approval interlock. Operators must verify the platform's saved settings and delivery status after a change.

Review of reports and AI-assisted output

Reports and AI-assisted suggestions may contain errors, omissions, delays or estimates. Selected information is processed by cloud AI/model services as explained in the privacy policy; processing is not entirely local. Review outputs before relying on them, and verify important settings and results against the advertising platform. Attribution reports do not establish that an advertisement caused a purchase or guarantee future performance.

Content and permitted use

Operators must have the rights and permissions needed for submitted images, copy, trademarks and other materials. Do not submit unlawful, misleading or infringing content, use the tools for unrelated accounts or profiling, sell platform-derived data, or disclose confidential information to unauthorized recipients. Google-derived data, including aggregate or derived information, must not be used to train generalized AI models.

Use must comply with applicable law, Google Ads and Google API policies, Meta's applicable advertising policies and Platform Terms, and other relevant provider requirements. These terms do not replace those requirements or grant rights to third-party content.

Availability and results

No advertising outcome, platform approval or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed. Access depends on Google, Meta, AI service providers and the operator's environment. Changes to platform rules, permissions or services may interrupt or limit functionality. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending access and handling data

You may stop using the tools and revoke the relevant authorization through Google or Meta. Klay may suspend or withdraw operator access when authority, security or safe operation is in doubt.

Disconnecting a tool is not a campaign-pause instruction. Campaigns already created in an advertising account may continue running until an authorized operator pauses or ends them through the platform. Check delivery and billing directly when ending a connection.

Revocation does not automatically delete saved reports, histories or provider-held copies. See the privacy policy's deletion instructions, or contact hello@klaythelabel.com. Do not include passwords or access tokens in requests.

Updates and support

Changes to these terms will carry an updated date. Material changes to data use must be disclosed, with consent obtained where required, before the new use begins. Contact hello@klaythelabel.com for questions about these terms, support or authorized access.
