Klay Ads privacy policy
Effective date: October 15, 2026
About this policy
This policy covers Klay Ads, the private Google Ads tool operated by Klay The Label, LLC. It is separate from our storefront privacy policy. For app support and privacy requests, contact hello@klaythelabel.com.
Data access and purpose
A consenting Google user authorizes access through Google’s broad advertising permission (adwords), which supports reporting and campaign management. It can cover more than one account available to that user. Our operating policy limits access to the approved Klay account.
Data read so far includes advertising-account identifiers, name, currency, timezone and status, plus aggregate daily spend, impressions, clicks, conversion counts and conversion values. No customer contact lists, audience-member identities, payment-card details, Gmail or Drive data were requested.
We use this information for requested reporting, analysis and decision support. Planned campaign review may also involve campaign, ad group and ad settings, assets and aggregate performance, to prepare proposed advertising changes. Management actions have not been tested or performed. Explicit operator approval is required by operating policy before changes. Additional undisclosed uses require disclosure and consent before proceeding.
Storage and processing
Credentials and local reports are stored in an operator-controlled environment with restrictive operating-system file permissions. Tokens are transmitted only for authentication to Google and are not intentionally passed to the AI service. File permissions do not isolate files from programs running as the same operating-system user; this policy makes no encrypted-at-rest guarantee.
Selected advertising report data and conversation content are sent to a cloud AI/model service for requested analysis. Processing is not entirely local. Local reports, chat histories, provider-held data and backups are distinct copies with potentially different retention and deletion behavior.
Data-use limits
Klay Ads data must not be sold or used for unrelated profiling or unrelated advertising. Supporting the approved Ads account is the intended purpose. Google-derived data, including aggregate or derived information, must not be used to train generalized AI models.
Retention, revocation and deletion
There is no established fixed retention period or automatic deletion workflow. You can revoke access through your Google Account’s third-party connections. Revocation stops future authorized retrieval but does not erase saved reports or histories.
Request process: contact hello@klaythelabel.com to request deletion. The operator will confirm the requester’s authority, identify relevant local reports, histories and provider-held copies, delete copies within its control where possible, and explain outstanding copies or limitations. Provider and backup deletion depend on verified capabilities and terms; no universal deletion or completion deadline is promised.
Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@klaythelabel.com.
